We just returned from a great vacation. We had a great time of rest and relaxation while Fred and Ron flew home after our concert tour in Florida so that they could enjoy their week working. Ha, ha, ha.

It's great to be home. We have one more weekend off and then it's time for our Family & Friends concert with Eric Thurston and his band Chosen, Faith 4 and the Thurstons.
Ya'll come out and be with us on April 25th at 6 pm at the Capitol City Church of God in Lansing, MI.

The Thurstons

We want to give a Praise report and Thank God for His hand of protection on Marni. As Marni was traveling south bound on I-75 on Saturday, February 21st around 4:30 pm she came upon icy roads and high winds which caused the vehicle she was drivng to slip across the next lane and into a cement embankment.

The van Marni was driving is smashed up but Marni is fine. She has no scrapes or bruises.

Marni was traveling from Bayshore Camp in Sebewaing, MI where she was the guest speaker for a Women's Conference. She was traveling to Fowlerville, MI to meet the rest of the family as they were scheduled to perform that evening at the Performing Arts Center.

A local snow plow operator was able to put a chain around the fender of the van and pull it away from the front tire of the vehicle. Marni was able to complete her trip and make it to Fowlerville just in time to take a deep breath and walk on stage.

We are so thankful that Marni is doing well and was able to complete the rest of her journey safely that afternoon.

It's been 1 year since the last recording for the Thurstons. A brand new recording is about to be released.
The title is yet to be confirmed but we think this brand new recording will be titled "Mine For The Asking".

The proposed title cut from this new recording was written by none other than Rodney Griffin of Greater Vision. Rodney has been nominated Gospel Music's Favorite Song Writter for many years. This song will be a blessing to all of you along with 10 other songs that we are very excited about introducing you to.
